Clarivate Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $268.6 million; revenue falls 5.5% to $587.3 million vs Q2 FY25

Clarivate posted a GAAP net loss of $268.6 million, widening from a GAAP net loss of $72 million a year earlier.
Revenue fell 5.5% year over year to $587.3 million, primarily due to inorganic divestitures and disposals.
Profitability and earnings
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) slipped 5.5% to $247.2 million, while adjusted diluted EPS (non-GAAP) rose to $0.19.
The GAAP loss was driven by a $221.7 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge.
Full-year outlook reaffirmed
Clarivate reaffirmed its 2026 outlook for revenue of $2.3 billion to $2.42 billion and adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) of $980 million to $1.04 billion.
