Climb Global Solutions completed the €8.0 million acquisition of interworks.cloud, a Greece-based cloud distributor serving over 600 resellers and MSPs across Southeastern Europe. The purchase extends Climb’s footprint into Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Bulgaria and brings established partnerships with Microsoft, Acronis, Nord Security and other vendors.

2. Financial Performance

Interworks reported adjusted EBITDA of €901,000 for the year ended December 31, 2025, an 86% increase from €485,000 a year earlier. Management expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to Climb’s earnings and adjusted EBITDA.

3. Strategic Impact

The deal strengthens Climb’s Pan-European Microsoft CSP distribution strategy by integrating Interworks’ local expertise and marketplace capabilities. Climb aims to drive cross-sell opportunities, leverage global scale for local partner support and enhance its position as a leading cloud distributor in Southeastern Europe.
