Clorox appoints Unilever executive as its new CEO

Clorox appointed Fabian Garcia, currently president of Unilever Personal Care and a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive team, as its chief executive officer effective January 5. Garcia has more than four decades of experience in consumer products leadership.
Linda Rendle, who announced in May that she would step down for health reasons, will continue in an advisory capacity until April 2 to support the transition. Clorox will report first-quarter fiscal 2027 results on November 2.
