Clover Health adds ex-U.S. Senator Robert Torricelli to board audit committee
CLOV•Clover Health named former U.S. Senator Robert Torricelli and Dr. Brian J. Miller to its board, effective Sept. 24, 2026, filling two vacancies and bringing the board to nine directors.
1. Board appointments
Torricelli joins the Audit Committee. He has served on boards of Clover’s insurance subsidiary since 2022 and founded Rosemont Associates and Woodrose Properties. Miller, a Johns Hopkins Hospital hospitalist, joins the Clinical Committee; he is a MedPAC commissioner and vice chairman of the North Carolina State Health Plan trustees.
