CNFinance FY26 H1 net loss widens to RMB 399.5 million; revenue drops to RMB 89.5 million
CNF•First-half loss widens as revenue falls
CNFinance posted a net loss of RMB 399.5 million for the first half, widening from RMB 40.4 million a year earlier.
Total interest and fees income fell 78.47% to RMB 89.5 million; net interest and fees income swung to a loss of RMB 88.4 million.
Recoveries improve, but delinquency ratio climbs
Overdue-loan cash recoveries reached about RMB 600 million with a 103% overall recovery rate; delinquency ratio rose 13.1 percentage points to 63.4%.
Credit-loss provisions rise on loan performance pressure
Provision for credit losses more than doubled to RMB 340.7 million, citing loan performance pressure from economic uncertainties.
Operating expenses dropped 57.5% to RMB 43.1 million; cash and cash equivalents and restricted cash declined to RMB 252.3 million at June 30.
