CNH Industrial Misses Q3 EPS by $0.05, Bank Pictet Sells 115,255 Shares

CNH Industrial missed Q3 consensus with $0.08 EPS vs $0.13 estimates and $4.40B revenue down 5.5% year-over-year, while issuing FY25 EPS guidance of $0.44-$0.50. Following the results, analysts cut price targets to as low as $10 and Bank Pictet & Cie AG reduced its stake by 53.8%, selling 115,255 shares.

1. Global Leadership Team Expansion

Effective January 1, 2026, CNH Industrial has added two senior executives to its Global Leadership Team in line with its strategic focus on operational excellence and governance. Carlo Materazzo, with over 20 years of international experience in manufacturing, operations and logistics, will take on the role of Chief Manufacturing Officer. He will oversee agriculture industrial operations spanning five regions and 15 countries. Britton Worthen, whose background includes leading legal strategy and compliance functions at multinational industrial firms, has been appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and will also serve as Board Secretary to the CNH Board of Directors.

2. Strengthening Manufacturing Operations

In his new capacity, Carlo Materazzo will drive process standardization, cost optimization and technology adoption across CNH’s global production network. Under his leadership, the company aims to reduce factory cycle times by 10% over the next three years and implement smart-factory initiatives at its top five manufacturing sites, which collectively account for more than 40% of the company’s agricultural machinery output. Materazzo’s prior achievements include overseeing a 15% improvement in assembly line throughput at a major European plant and leading a global logistics reorganization that cut freight costs by approximately 8%.

3. Reinforcing Legal and Compliance Framework

Britton Worthen will be responsible for advising the Board and executive management on key legal matters, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance across CNH’s global footprint. He will lead a team of 50 legal and compliance professionals headquartered in Basildon, U.K., and will coordinate with local counsel in over 30 jurisdictions. His mandate includes strengthening CNH’s anti-corruption program, which to date has reached 100% employee certification in ethics training, and enhancing data-privacy controls ahead of upcoming regulatory changes in Europe and North America.
