CNOOC H1 FY26 net profit attributable to shareholders rises 23.4% to RMB 85.82 billion; revenue climbs 16.9% to RMB 242.66 billion

Net oil and gas production increased 3.7% to 399 million BOE; oil and gas sales revenue rose 20% to RMB 206.09 billion.
Realised crude and liquids price rose 23.6% to USD 85.49 a barrel, while exploration expenses jumped 50.1% to RMB 7.86 billion.
The company said all-in cost was USD 29.7 per BOE.

The board declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.94 a share.

First-half revenue and profit rise
CNOOC posted revenue of RMB 242.66 billion, up 16.9% year on year, for the first half of 2026.
Net profit attributable to equity shareholders climbed 23.4% to RMB 85.82 billion; basic earnings per share rose to RMB 1.81.
