KO•Coca-Cola raised its annual profit forecast as soft drink demand held up in markets including India and Brazil, while warning of accelerating cost pressures and persistent consumer weakness into 2027. Analysts praised its sales growth and pricing power, with price targets ranging from $98 to $104 among four firms cited.
J.P. Morgan said Coca-Cola’s results highlighted its strategy of getting closer to consumers through insights, innovation, intimacy and integration. Evercore ISI called the company the leading large-cap global beverage company, while Morgan Stanley cited stronger organic sales growth than peers and resilient pricing power, with current product mix headwinds expected to fade.
TD Cowen said Coca-Cola’s bottling partners bear most direct cost pressures, but inflation increases the company’s responsibility to use its procurement scale to help them manage costs. The average rating of 27 analysts was “buy,” with a median price target of $97.
