Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reported 2025 revenue of €20.9 billion (+2.3% comparable) and operating profit of €2.79 billion (+31%), driven by productivity gains and its Philippines acquisition. It produced €1.84 billion free cash flow, authorized a €1 billion share buyback and guided 3–4% revenue growth with 7% profit increase in 2026.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reported 2025 revenue of €20.9 billion, up 2.3% on a comparable basis, and operating profit of €2.79 billion, a 31% year-over-year increase. Diluted EPS rose to €4.26, underpinned by productivity initiatives and full-year integration of the Philippines acquisition.

2. Regional Volume Trends

Volume in Australia, Pacific and Southeast Asia climbed 8.6%, while European volumes declined 0.2%. Revenue per unit case grew 2.9% through price increases and a shift to premium products, despite softer consumer demand in Germany and Indonesia.

3. Free Cash Flow and Share Buyback

The company generated €1.84 billion of comparable free cash flow, reflecting strong cash conversion and working capital management. It approved a €1 billion share buyback program to enhance capital efficiency and support shareholder returns.

4. Outlook for 2026

Management guided 2026 revenue growth of 3–4% and operating profit expansion of around 7%, backed by ongoing efficiency programs. The forecast also anticipates incremental volume and revenue support from major events like the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
