Cognizant forms Activate business unit to target AI transformation for emerging enterprises
CTSH•Cognizant launched Activate, a business unit targeting emerging enterprises with $1 billion to $5 billion in revenue. It will offer AI-led transformation services across five areas, with initial focus on five sectors.

Cognizant reorganized operations with the launch of Cognizant Activate, targeting emerging enterprises with $1 billion to $5 billion in revenue. The unit uses a dedicated operating model for faster deployments, with one engagement lead accountable from initial discussions through delivery.
2. Services and sectors
Activate will offer pre-configured AI-led transformation kits covering data and AI, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, cloud modernization and managed services. Its initial sector focus includes financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, drawing on Cognizant’s delivery network and partner ecosystem.
