The parties also plan AI workshops, with prototypes targeted on Cognizant Neuro AI, to streamline submission intake and claims triage with human oversight.

Cognizant entered a five-year, enterprise-wide partnership with The Andover Companies to modernize technology and support responsible AI adoption.
The scope includes scaling core policy administration integration with digital channels, strengthening policyholder and agent portals, and supporting NYDFS cybersecurity compliance.
