Cognizant to Implement ServiceNow ITSM and Asset Management for JG Summit

Cognizant has been appointed by JG Summit to implement ServiceNow’s ITSM Professional, Asset Management and Strategic Portfolio Management modules across its consumer foods, air transportation and real estate divisions. The project will centralize IT processes on a unified AI-ready platform to improve asset visibility, governance, cost predictability and scalability.

1. Engagement Overview

Cognizant has been selected by JG Summit Holdings to lead a multi-module ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagement. The advisory-led project targets IT modernization across the conglomerate’s consumer foods, air transportation and real estate units through a single, governed platform.

2. ServiceNow Platform Deployment

The engagement includes deployment of IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional, IT Asset Management and Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities. Additional modules such as Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management Pro will establish end-to-end asset visibility, license compliance and structured project demand intake.

3. Expected Outcomes

By centralizing ITSM processes and asset data on the ServiceNow AI Platform, JG Summit aims to boost audit readiness, cost predictability and resource utilization. The AI-ready foundation will accelerate upgrades, reduce technical debt and enable future automation across business units.
