Cohen & Steers Adds Azrieli Group to GRM and IRP, Removes LEG, Grainger
Cohen & Steers will add Azrieli Group Ltd. to its Global Realty Majors Portfolio Index and International Realty Majors Portfolio Index at the close of May 15, 2026. LEG Immobilien AG is removed from GRM and Grainger Trust Plc is removed from IRP as part of the rebalancing.
1. Index Component Changes
Cohen & Steers announced that effective after market close on May 15, 2026, Azrieli Group Ltd. (AZRG.IT) will join both the Global Realty Majors Portfolio Index and the International Realty Majors Portfolio Index. In the same rebalance, LEG Immobilien AG (LEG.GR) is dropped from the GRM index and Grainger Trust Plc (GRI.LN) is removed from the IRP index.
2. Index Methodology and Use Cases
Both indexes are free-float adjusted, modified market capitalization-weighted total return benchmarks, quoted in real time by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. They serve as underlying benchmarks for ETFs and derivatives, stock selection universes and performance measures for global real estate equity securities.
