Colliers delivered consolidated Q4 revenues of $1.61 billion, up 7% (5% local currency), with net revenues rising 9% to $1.43 billion (7% local currency). Adjusted EBITDA reached $245.1 million (+9%), adjusted EPS was $2.34 (+4%), GAAP operating earnings totaled $135.5 million and GAAP diluted EPS was $1.19.

2. Full-Year Results and Cash Flow

For the year ended December 31, 2025, Colliers reported revenues of $5.56 billion, up 15%, net revenues of $4.87 billion (+14%), adjusted EBITDA of $732.5 million (+14%) and adjusted EPS of $6.58 (+14%). Recurring revenues represented over 70% of earnings and free cash flow conversion was 105% of adjusted net earnings.

3. Strategic Acquisition of Ayesa Engineering

In February 2026, Colliers agreed to acquire Ayesa Engineering, a global provider of engineering services. The deal is designed to deepen the company’s engineering capabilities, enhance cross-selling opportunities across its global client base and support continued scalable growth.
