CollPlant unit LightSolver files U.S. provisional patent for PDE simulations
CLGN•LightSolver, a CollPlant unit, filed a U.S. provisional patent to expand its all-optical photonic computing platform to scientific simulations involving inhomogeneous boundary value problems.
1. Patent filing
The filing describes methods for solving inhomogeneous boundary value problems and embedding boundary conditions directly into computation. LightSolver says the approach expands the Laser Processing Unit’s addressable workload for PDE-based modeling, including complex geometries relevant to engineering.
