Columbia Financial is set to acquire Northfield Bancorp upon completion of its conversion, with closing scheduled for July 20, 2026.
Northfield shareholders will receive either USD 14.25 in cash or 1.425 shares per share, or a mix, based on elections and proration.
Aggregate merger consideration is valued at USD 580 million, with non-election shares allocated 70% stock and 30% cash.
