Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund declared a third-quarter distribution of USD 0.4625 a share under its managed distribution policy.
Payment set for Aug. 25, 2026 to holders of record on Aug. 17, 2026; ex-dividend date Aug. 17, 2026.
Distribution equals 2.3125% quarterly, or 9.25% annualized, on the USD 20 IPO price; 0.9421% quarterly on July 31 market price of USD 49.09.
Estimated source: 100% net realized long-term capital gains; year-to-date distributions through the payment date total USD 1.3875 a share.
