Columbia Threadneedle launches two derivative-income ETFs
Columbia Threadneedle Investments launched two actively managed derivative-income equity ETFs, RECI and CDPI, targeting monthly income from option premiums and dividends.
RECI pairs U.S. large- and mid-cap equities with an options overlay; it has a 0.3% fee and a Russell 1000 benchmark.
CDPI focuses on dividend-paying equities with an options overlay; it has a 0.45% fee and a Russell 1000 Value benchmark.
The launch expands Columbia Threadneedle into derivative-income ETFs as its ETF platform tops $12 billion in assets.
