Columbus Acquisition amended its business combination agreement for a deal involving WISeSat.Space Holdings, WISeSat.Space, WISeKey, and SEALSQ.
The amendment extended the transaction’s outside date to Oct. 31, 2026 from a prior deadline.
The business combination agreement was originally signed on Nov. 9, 2025.
