Columbus Circle Capital Corp II will hold an extraordinary general meeting in New York on Aug. 26, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a proposal to rename the company to Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VII.
The meeting will also consider adopting updated memorandum and articles of association reflecting the name change.
A separate proposal would allow the meeting to be adjourned to seek additional votes if needed.
