Shutterstock reports Q2 2026 revenue of USD 221.8 million, down 17% year over year.
Net results swung to a loss of USD 155.9 million; diluted loss per share was USD 4.25.
GAAP loss included a USD 163.4 million after-tax goodwill impairment charge tied to the terminated merger agreement.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 21% to USD 65.1 million; adjusted EBITDA margin slipped 1.5 percentage points to 29.3%.
