Columbus Circle Capital Corp II held an extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 26, 2026.
Shareholders backed a special resolution to rename the company to Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VII.
The meeting also adopted amendments to the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association to reflect the name change.
The adjournment proposal was not put to a vote.
The amended and restated memorandum and articles of association took effect upon approval of the name change proposal.
