1. Bradford County Internet Expansion
Comcast is extending its multi-gigabit symmetrical internet network to over 3,500 homes and businesses across Hampton, Lawtey and Starke in Bradford County, Florida. The project, supported by Florida’s Broadband Opportunity Program and the Capital Projects Fund, brings Xfinity Internet, mobile, entertainment and smart home services with completion slated by Fall 2026.
2. 111 Capital Reduces Comcast Holdings
Investment firm 111 Capital reduced its Comcast position by 69.3% in the third quarter, selling 87,772 shares to hold 38,809 shares at quarter-end. This significant stake reduction reflects a strategic portfolio reallocation away from Comcast’s cable and media operations.
