SCOR•Second-quarter results and call attendees
comScore discussed Q2 2026 results on an earnings call attended by CEO Matt McLaughlin, CFO Mary Margaret Curry, and Chief of Staff Kevin Burns.
Revenue was $79.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $1.3 million. The CEO cited an urgent need for change and unveiled an ROI strategy operating model.
Debt reduction, cost savings plan and full-year outlook
The company eliminated $40 million of long-term debt via a late-May movies business sale, reducing about $7 million in annual interest and principal payments.
The realignment plan targets $20 million-$25 million in annual run-rate cost savings, with one-time costs of $7 million-$9 million, mostly paid by year-end.
For full-year 2026, comScore expects revenue of $315 million-$325 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin in the low-to-mid single digits. The company also said it is testing next-generation TV measurement this year.
