Diluted EPS climbed to $0.84, up from $0.14, reflecting a $4.3 million unrealized gain on Jericho Energy Ventures equity.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased to $7.36 million from $2.22 million.
Portfolio and leasing updates
Managed portfolio expanded to 108 assets from 82; stabilized commercial leasing reached 92% and residential leasing 94%.
ParkX revenue rose 89%; Comstock added the 100%-leased Woodland Pointe office asset and advanced Reston Station retail and hotel expansion plans.
