2. Emissions Reduction and ESG Ratings
Concentrix achieved a 25.7% reduction in absolute emissions against its 2019 baseline and secured EcoVadis Gold and CDP ‘A’ climate disclosure ratings, while SBTi validated its net-zero targets on a 1.5°C pathway.
3. Operational Initiatives: AI Governance and Skills Development
The company earned ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for AI governance and delivered over 7 million learning hours and 16 million course completions to build AI and future-ready skills across its global workforce.
4. Community and Environmental Programs
Environmental and community efforts include planting 1.37 million trees since 2021, avoiding 2.8 million kg of emissions via a new AI-powered Carbon Challenge portal, and contributing $6.26 million plus 396,000 volunteer hours through the Think Human Fund.
