Prior financial statements flagged as no longer reliable

Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited said its audited 2024 and 2025 financial statements are no longer reliable because of consolidation accounting for Concord Healthcare Group.

The company said SEC staff determined that CMS lost control of Concord Healthcare Group in 2024 when its voting interest fell below a majority.

CMS said it plans to restate its results to deconsolidate Concord Healthcare Group effective 2024 through an amended 2025 Form 20-F.
