Conexeu Sciences Opens 30,000-sq-ft Vancouver R&D Lab for CXU Platform and B.R.E.A.S.T. Matrix
CNXU•Conexeu Sciences opened a research facility at adMare’s 30,000-sq-ft M4 Innovation Centre to advance its CXU regenerative tissue platform and B.R.E.A.S.T. 3D-bioprinted breast matrix. As one of the centre’s first tenants, the lab will support preclinical studies and a planned 510(k) submission for its Ten-Minute Tissue device in early 2027.
1. New Vancouver R&D Facility
Conexeu Sciences has inaugurated a dedicated research and development laboratory within adMare BioInnovations’ 30,000-square-foot M4 Innovation Centre, marking its presence among the hub’s inaugural tenants. The facility offers specialized laboratory infrastructure, shared scientific resources, and collaborative space tailored to early-stage and scaling life sciences companies.
2. Focus on Regenerative Platforms
The new lab will drive advancement of Conexeu’s proprietary CXU™ regenerative tissue platform and its B.R.E.A.S.T.™ 3D-bioprinted breast matrix, designed to facilitate natural tissue regeneration following mastectomy. Research activities will encompass preclinical studies, device optimization, and preparation for regulatory submissions.
3. Strategic Development and Milestones
Conexeu plans to leverage the Vancouver facility to underpin its predicate-based U.S. regulatory strategy, targeting a 510(k) submission for its Ten-Minute Tissue device in early 2027. This milestone aligns with the company’s broader goal to scale its bioregenerative extracellular matrix technology across wound care, periodontal, and body contouring markets.
