ConocoPhillips says no decision yet on North Sea offer

ConocoPhillips is looking at an unsolicited offer for its North Sea business, executive chair Ryan Lance said at the Energy Intelligence Forum in London on Monday. Lance said the offer looked “kind of interesting,” but added that many unsolicited offers do not play out.

ConocoPhillips operates the UK's Teesside terminal and holds stakes in several producing fields off Norway, including the Ekofisk field.
