- Construction Partners acquired Asphalt Express Enterprises, a liquid asphalt supply and hauling business serving Oklahoma and northern Texas.
- Overland, its Oklahoma platform, took control of Asphalt Express’s rail-served Ardmore, Oklahoma site.
- The deal also included trucks and trailers used to transport liquid asphalt to hot-mix asphalt producers.
- Ardmore is expected to become a future liquid asphalt terminal supporting Construction Partners’ Oklahoma and northern Texas operations.
