Allianca brings a fully integrated delivery model refined over 40 years, managing annual project portfolios exceeding $6 billion and delivering more than 720 MW of mission-critical data center capacity worldwide.
3. End-to-End Infrastructure Platform
The joint venture will offer an end-to-end solution—power-aware site selection, preconstruction planning, modular deployment methodologies, construction execution, utility coordination and commissioning—to compress traditional build timelines and mitigate execution risks.
4. Market Targeting and Strategic Impact
The platform will target high-priority AI infrastructure markets with optimal power availability, permitting environments, fiber connectivity and construction readiness, aiming to accelerate capacity rollout where demand outpaces supply.
