Haley brings experience overseeing more than 720 MW of mission-critical data center capacity and managing annual project portfolios exceeding $6 billion. His prior roles at Meta Platforms included leading global hyperscale data center programs across technical operations, project delivery and program governance.

This appointment follows the strategic joint venture between Core AI and Allianca to develop AI-ready data center infrastructure.
