Core Molding promotes Michael J. Gayford to chief operating officer
CMT•Core Molding Technologies promoted Michael J. Gayford to chief operating officer, effective immediately, adding responsibility for North American operations.
1. New operating role
Gayford will oversee North American operations, and Arnold Alanis, executive vice president of operations in Mexico, will report to him. Gayford joined Core in March 2023 as vice president of operations and became executive vice president of operations in 2025. He has more than 25 years of manufacturing, engineering and operations leadership experience, including more than 17 years in composite manufacturing.
