Core Scientific appointed Mark W. Adams to its board, expanding the board to seven directors, effective immediately.
Adams was president and CEO of Penguin Solutions from 2020 to 2026, leading a shift toward AI infrastructure solutions.
He previously spent 10 years at Micron Technology, including four years as president.
Adams is a director at Seagate Technology since 2024 and Cadence Design Systems since 2015.
