CoreLogic: US home prices rise 1.9% y/y in July, Case-Shiller shows
SPY•CoreLogic analysis of the Case-Shiller index showed U.S. home prices rose 1.9% year over year in July, up from 1.6%. Monthly growth was 0.1%, while the 10-City and 20-City composites gained 3.4% and 2.5%, respectively.

U.S. home prices rose 1.9% year over year in July, up from 1.6%, while monthly growth was 0.1%, below the 2015-2019 July average of 0.5%. Chicago led annual gains at 6.9%, New York rose 5.8% and Seattle fell 1.6%; CoreLogic flagged higher mortgage rates as a risk to momentum into the fall.
