Corpay agrees to sell epyx to OEConnection

Corpay agreed to sell UK-based fleet software platform epyx to OEConnection, a Francisco Partners portfolio company.

The deal includes epyx sister companies r2c Online and Business Gateway.

Closing is expected this fall, subject to customary regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions.

Corpay expects the divestiture to be neutral to its 2026 Cash EPS outlook.

Proceeds are earmarked for share repurchases.
