Corteva plans to split into two publicly traded companies, separating its crop protection business from its seed business.
- The seed business will be owned and operated, directly or indirectly, by Vylor, a wholly owned subsidiary created for the transaction.
- Separation is expected on or about Oct. 1, 2026, subject to conditions.
- Vylor’s private exchange offers for EIDP’s Senior Notes are conditioned on completion of the separation.
