Costamare declares quarterly common dividend of $0.125 per share
CMRE•Costamare declared a quarterly common dividend of $0.125 per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, payable Nov. 5 to shareholders of record Oct. 20. It also declared quarterly preferred dividends of $0.4766, $0.5313 and $0.5469 per share for Series B, C and D, respectively.

Costamare declared a quarterly common dividend of $0.125 per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. The dividend is payable Nov. 5 to shareholders of record Oct. 20. The company also declared preferred dividends of $0.4766 per Series B share, $0.5313 per Series C share and $0.5469 per Series D share. The preferred dividends cover July 15 through Oct. 14 and are payable Oct. 15 to holders of record Oct. 14.
