Coty Centralizes Prestige Operations Under Strobel, Unifies R&D, Sustainability and Supply Chain
COTY•Coty’s executive chairman Markus Strobel assumes direct control of Prestige commercial operations, with regional leaders reporting to him and Prestige R&D, sustainability and supply chain unified under Chief Supply Chain Officer Graeme Carter. Consumer Beauty remains integrated under President Gordon von Bretten while three senior executives will depart by September.
1. Executive Realignment
Coty has consolidated its Prestige commercial decision-making under Executive Chairman Markus Strobel by having regional leaders report to him. Prestige R&D, sustainability and supply chain functions have been merged under Chief Supply Chain Officer Graeme Carter to streamline innovation and delivery.
2. Executive Departures
Caroline Andreotti, Chief Commercial Officer Prestige, and Dr. Shimei Fan, Chief Scientific and Sustainability Officer, will exit Coty by the end of September and August respectively after contributing to global commercial strategy and ESG progress.
3. People & Purpose Transition
Priya Srinivasan, Chief People and Purpose Officer, will depart in August, with talent executive Séverine Charbon set to assume the role on September 1, bringing 25 years of international experience to lead Coty’s global people and culture agenda.
