Coursera Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $80.4 million; revenue rises 60% to $298.6 million

Coursera posted Q2 revenue of $299 million, up 60% from a year earlier, as it began reporting results including Udemy from May 11.
GAAP net loss widened to $80.4 million, or $0.34 per share, from a $7.8 million loss, or $0.05 per share, a year earlier.
Non-GAAP net income rose to $40.4 million from $19.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA climbed to $42.7 million from $18 million.
Outlook and strategic updates
Coursera raised its full-year revenue outlook to $1.22 billion-$1.25 billion. It forecast Q3 revenue of $364 million-$372 million with adjusted EBITDA of $52 million-$56 million.
The company is targeting at least $85 million in annual run-rate net synergies by the end of 2026 and announced a $100 million investment in Andrew Ng-led LearnVector.
