Margin and channel mix
Gross margin improved 5 percentage points to 59%, reflecting increased production scale, lower warranty expense, and improved cost absorption.
Sales mix shifted toward pharmacy, with the PBP channel at 36% of net sales versus 20% a year earlier on expanded PBM coverage.
