Coursera Q4 Revenue Tops Forecast; JPMorgan Cuts Target to $10

On February 9, JPMorgan trimmed its price target on Coursera to $10 from $12 and held an Overweight rating after mixed preliminary guidance for 2026. Earlier in the week, Goldman cut its target to $6 from $9 and maintained a Sell rating, while RBC lowered its target to $8 from $11 with an Outperform stance.

2. Financial Results and 2026 Outlook

Coursera reported fourth-quarter revenue of $197 million, beating the $191.83 million consensus estimate, and full-year 2025 revenue totaled $757 million. Management forecasts 2026 revenue of $805 million to $815 million, ahead of the $797.48 million consensus.

3. Strategy: AI Positioning and Udemy Deal

CEO Greg Hart emphasized expanding operating leverage and rolling out new products, content and go-to-market capabilities to enhance AI-powered learning experiences. He also cited December’s agreement to combine with Udemy as a key move to broaden platform reach and strengthen service offerings.
