COYA•Coya Therapeutics completed enrollment of 120 participants in its Phase 2/3 ALSTARS trial of COYA 302 in ALS. Topline data from the double-blind treatment phase are expected in early Q2 2027.

The trial aims to show whether COYA 302 can slow disease progression in people living with ALS. The therapy has FDA Fast Track status, which supports a faster development and review pathway if the data are positive.
