Cracker Barrel Q4 FY26 GAAP EPS rises to $0.54; revenue falls 2.2% to $849.3 million

Cracker Barrel posted fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net income of $12.2 million, more than doubled from a year earlier.

Diluted EPS rose to $0.54, up from $0.30 in the prior-year quarter.

Revenue slipped 2.2% to $849.3 million, with comparable restaurant sales down 2.1% while comparable retail sales increased 0.7%.

The quarter included a 26-store sale-leaseback, the Maple Street Biscuit Company divestiture, and David Deno being named CEO effective Aug. 10, 2026.

For fiscal 2027, Cracker Barrel said it expects revenue of $3.33 billion to $3.4 billion, with comparable restaurant sales growth of 3% to 5%.
