Non-binding agreement to acquire majority stake in Space Defense Innovations
IM Cannabis Corp. said it has entered a non-binding agreement to acquire 51% of Space Defense Innovations, which operates in the European tactical UAS market.
IM Cannabis Corp. said it will buy 51% of SDI for shares, warrants, and a 24-month seller loan at 9% interest.
IM Cannabis Corp. said it receives a five-year call option for the remaining SDI shares and a EUR 2.30 million line of credit.
