Credo Technology Group announces annual general meeting

Credo Technology Group Holding will hold its annual general meeting in San Jose, California on Oct. 12, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing three Class II directors to serve until the 2029 annual meeting.
An advisory vote will be held on compensation for named executive officers.
Investors will also vote on ratifying Ernst & Young as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending May 1, 2027.
