Crexendo posted Q2 GAAP net income of USD 1.05 million, down 15% from a year earlier, with GAAP diluted EPS of USD 0.03.
Revenue rose 49% to USD 24.65 million; the company cited USD 6.96 million from the March 1, 2026 ESI acquisition.
GAAP income before tax slipped 16% to USD 1.08 million as operating expenses increased USD 8.14 million, including USD 7.38 million tied to ESI.
