Criteo amends revolving credit facility, seeks 364-day maturity extension
CRTO•Amendment to revolving credit facility
Criteo entered an amendment on July 29, 2026 to its multicurrency revolving facility agreement with Société Générale acting as agent.
- The amendment sets terms for Criteo to resign as a borrower upon its planned France-to-Luxembourg redomiciliation, while remaining a guarantor.
- Its future U.S.-domiciled successor would have the option to join the facility later as a borrower, subject to conditions.
- Criteo also filed a request to extend the facility termination date by 364 days under the agreement’s first extension option.
