Critical Metals Launches 10,000-Meter Drill Campaign at Tanbreez Rare Earth Project
CRML•Critical Metals Corp has started a 10,000-meter diamond drilling campaign at its wholly owned Tanbreez Rare Earth Project in Southern Greenland to support resource expansion, geological modeling, and mine planning. Infrastructure including accommodation and support facilities has been completed and drill rigs are now positioned across priority targets.
1. Drilling Campaign Launch
Critical Metals Corp has commenced a 10,000-meter diamond drilling program at its wholly owned Tanbreez Rare Earth Project in Southern Greenland. The program targets priority mineralized zones to generate data for resource expansion, geological modeling, and future development activities.
2. Operational Preparations
Over recent weeks the Company completed construction and commissioning of accommodation and operational support facilities for the 2026 field season. Drill rigs and support teams have mobilized to site, undergone equipment inspections and safety reviews, and begun initial deep-hole drilling across identified targets.
3. Strategic Significance
Tanbreez ranks among the world’s largest undeveloped rare earth assets, containing heavy rare earth elements critical to permanent magnets, EVs, and defense applications. Data from this campaign will underpin resource updates, feasibility studies, mine planning and infrastructure design ahead of production.
