Crown Castle reported Q4 FFO of $1.12 per share and revenue of $1.07 billion, both exceeding consensus but down from a year earlier, then guided fiscal 2026 FFO to $4.38–4.49 versus analysts’ $4.93 estimate and projected organic site rental growth of 3.5%. Shares fell 7.2% in extended trading.
